Pay rent your way
3 steps to Occupi
-
If you’ve never used Occupi before, you’ll need a direct link to either your existing rental or one that you’re hoping to rent. You can get this from your landlord or however you found the available home. This connects you to the correct address in our system.
-
Most landlords require a background and credit check when you apply to rent. Occupi’s process securely connects you with a TransUnion screening, right inside the app. Safely fill in your information as it matches your driver’s license or passport. Answer a couple of questions about yourself, and your report will be automatically sent to the landlord.
-
Checks can get lost in the mail, and money orders take time and money to get from the bank. Late fees are the worst. With Occupi, you can pay rent, utilities, and fees anytime, anywhere, so you’re never late on rent again. Set up auto-pay and your rent will pay automatically on the day you schedule.
